Job Description:
We are looking for a Functional Analyst to strengthen our teams. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions. As part of an agile team, you will be involved in analyzing insurance applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in the planning, design, testing, and implementation of application enhancements or new applications.
- Engage in testing activities.
Your Profile:
- Excellent analytical skills, a love for challenges, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with business process modeling, data modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Knowledge of .NET, mainframe, and Outsystems.

Domain Responsibilities:
- Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications using BPMN and UML. Model data structures to support business requirements, including conceptual data models.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and process flows. Ensure documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with standards.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates on analysis status, risks, and issues.
Testing & Validation:
- Define test cases and participate in testing. Assist in identifying and resolving functional defects.
Incident/Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve functional issues.
Functional Relations:
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, business analysts, managers, and business stakeholders.
