Role Description:
The Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager will be part of the 'Strategy and Delivery' team within the Center of Excellence for Security. The primary responsibilities include defining the cyber security strategy, translating it into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives, and overseeing the purpose, value, status, and plans for all portfolio items. The role involves acting as a strategy/project manager or supporting team leads in project management. Effective communication with middle and senior management across all bank functions is essential.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data security requirements in collaboration with security architects.
- Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes.
- Align security requirements with standards, regulations, and bank requirements.
- Influence security policies and procedures, particularly in data security.
- Develop high-level roadmaps and propose priority actions for a 3-year investment horizon.
- Collaborate with the Group to implement standard solutions balancing business and security needs.
- Direct all phases of cyber security initiatives from inception to completion.
- Establish milestones, adhere to master plans, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Regularly interact with senior management on topics spanning multiple functions.
- Aggregate stakeholder input into high-quality deliverables for senior management.

Education and Certifications:
- Master’s degree
- Mandatory: Project management and change management frameworks (e.g., Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR)
- Preferable: Other relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC)
Language Requirements:
- French: Fluent
- Dutch: Fluent
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience managing IT and/or security projects and programs.
- Solid analytical skills and experience in the financial services industry.
- Preferable experience in data-security projects and Agile methodology.
Technical Experience:
- Mandatory: Experience in information security governance.
- Preferable: IT background.
