Full Stack Developers (.NET & Angular)
Brussel, BrusselFor 1 of our clients we are looking for 4 Full Stack Developers (.NET & Angular)
3 will be selected as Senior Developer and 1 will be selected as team lead.
Long Term Project
The current team is offshore and working on the project from last 3 years.

Context:
• Team info – size: 18 people (analysts, testers, technical writers, developers, PM)
• What does the team do?
They develop and maintain a validated software (GxP) for clinical study design – the Maverick project. The software has been in place for 8 years and continues to evolve with 3–4 major releases per year.

Typical day:
• Daily stand-up every morning (15–30 minutes) to align on tasks and blockers.
• 3 Senior Developers are expected to spend ~80% of their time coding and ~20% advise and optimization
• 1 expert who will be selected as Team Lead, he / she will do 50% for the leading team role and 50% coding, advising, architecting etc… .
• Regular refinement and planning sessions.
• Use of Azure DevOps for task and code management.
• Developers are encouraged to challenge requirements and collaborate closely with analysts.

• Fullstack development: .NET Core (v6+), Angular (v6–14), TypeScript, CSS.
• Experience in validated (GxP) environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Belgium (1 day/week onsite at HQ, typically Monday).

Nice to have:
• Experience migrating Angular to newer versions.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong problem-solving mindset (asking “why”, not just executing).
• DevOps/Azure knowledge or certification.

Language: English mandatory. Dutch or French is a plus but not required.
Homeworking? Yes – 4 days/week remote, 1 day/week onsite (HQ).

Interview process:
• 1 technical interview.
• 1 consulting-style interview to assess problem-solving and communication.
• Goal: complete all interviews and selections by end of July.
