Medior Data Engineer (Azure, Databricks, Python, PowerBI)

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: End of March 2026, with an option for extension

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 2 days on-site in Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Join one of our product teams to enhance our corporate data organization.
• Contribute to the development of data pipelines, efficient storage structures, and powerful materialized views using various analytical technologies.
• Create data exchange endpoints for user destinations.
• Engage with governance tools related to glossary, modeling, lineage, and data quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Experience in implementing data pipelines using Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Stream/Log Analytics, and Azure DevOps.
• Skilled in implementing data pipelines or data enrichments with Python in a Databricks environment.
• Experience with PowerBI.

Desired Skills:

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Fluent in German, French, or Dutch (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Redis, RabbitMQ, Neo4j, or Apache Arrow.
