Senior End-to-End Test Manager

Mission Context:
As a Senior End-to-End Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of a new payment system. This role involves coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure a seamless transition and integration of accounts, card products, and acquiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall test strategy for the integration program, ensuring alignment with quality criteria and risk management.
- Manage the E2E scope and test coverage for both functional and non-functional tests, including regression, usability, performance, and security.
- Assist in determining methodologies, tools, and processes for conducting tests.
- Support workstreams in implementing the test strategy and ensure optimal build, maintenance, and execution of the E2E test set.
- Regularly follow up on defects to identify structural issues and propose solutions.
- Provide regular reports on test progress, including status, coverage, and defects.
- Analyze risks and delays in E2E tests, coordinating with the release engineer to mitigate impacts.
- Act as the primary contact for all testing strategy-related queries and implementation follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Tribe Test engineers for planning, delivery, and reporting on test progress.
- Organize meetings for planning and delivery.

Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including E2E test management of a program with a budget of 5M€+.
- Strong knowledge of test techniques, test types, and different test levels.
- Understanding of functional and non-functional testing principles, as well as structured and risk-based testing.
- Familiarity with software development methods and life cycle management.
- Experience with test automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, SOAP, and Service Virtualization is preferable.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Experience in an agile environment, preferably in significant transformation initiatives.
