Position: IT Application Support Engineer

Role Overview:
You will be part of a team responsible for the real-time observation and interception of telecommunications, working with highly sensitive systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for a specialized application used in tactical operations.
- Analyze application behavior through testing, telemetry, logs, and real-life scenarios without access to the source code.
- Develop and execute test scenarios to validate features, investigate anomalies, and support upgrades.
- Liaise with providers to report issues, follow up on bugs, and align expectations.
- Create and maintain precise documentation, including test reports, user manuals, and operating procedures.
- Contribute to structured release and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and perform autonomous troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of discretion, reliability, and traceability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT application support or system validation.
- Experience coordinating with external technical providers or vendors.
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other language.
- Proficient in technical English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrates rigor, discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.
