Medior Program Management Officer (PMO)
Start Date: 21/07/2025

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and follow up on internal and external stakeholder meetings, including coordination meetings and Steering Committees.
- Prepare meetings and communication materials.
- Support planning and budgeting exercises, with active follow-up and quarterly reporting on the program and related projects.
- Facilitate coordination among topics and experts to achieve shared goals in line with overall planning and manage interface coordination.
- Follow up and coordinate specific streams or deliverables.
- Ensure long-term document management within the program, both internally and externally, including publication of updated documents and consultations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO support.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a very good level of English. Fluency in French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
- Well-organized, punctual, with attention to detail.
- Assertive with strong diplomatic skills.
- Autonomous, capable of managing and respecting deadlines.
- Proactive and impact-focused, proficient at prioritizing tasks.
- Collaborative mindset, effective in a project team environment.
