Program Management Officer

Medior Program Management Officer (PMO) 

Start Date: 21/07/2025

End Date: 31/05/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and follow up on internal and external stakeholder meetings, including coordination meetings and Steering Committees.
  • Prepare meetings and communication materials.
  • Support planning and budgeting exercises, with active follow-up and quarterly reporting on the program and related projects.
  • Facilitate coordination among topics and experts to achieve shared goals in line with overall planning and manage interface coordination.
  • Follow up and coordinate specific streams or deliverables.
  • Ensure long-term document management within the program, both internally and externally, including publication of updated documents and consultations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PMO support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a very good level of English. Fluency in French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
  • Well-organized, punctual, with attention to detail.
  • Assertive with strong diplomatic skills.
  • Autonomous, capable of managing and respecting deadlines.
  • Proactive and impact-focused, proficient at prioritizing tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset, effective in a project team environment.
