Mission Context:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Cash Management Competence Center (CMCC) for an international payments initiative. The role involves global coordination and delivery of international payment products. The strategic plan includes deploying and upgrading offers for CIB countries across Europe, MEA, and Asia.
Function Description:
The Business Analyst will work closely with the initiative leader and product owners. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing meetings/workshops with impacted business lines (local Cash Management entities, group functions, operations, etc.): agenda, minutes.
- Translating business needs into clear functional requirements for IT and OPS teams.
- Coordinating activities around gap analysis, testing, and defects with CIB ITO, Fortis Squad, and the Tribe international payments.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Is a plus
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in treasury management, finance, payments.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Good understanding of IS and testing preferable.
- Knowledge of agile methodology.
Business Experience:
- Good understanding of workflow processes preferable.
- Good understanding of international payments processing.
