Support the Team in establishing, following up, and implementing the strategic roadmap.
Facilitate the grid study planning & validation process, ensuring alignment with responsible grid developers and study teams, and present a prioritized plan to management.
Coordinate the resource planning process for various teams to ensure feasible work planning with the right priorities.
Report on key activities to management through defined dashboards and key performance indicators.
Participate in the validation of grid studies, acting as a gatekeeper for presented topics to ensure informed decision-making.
Design and implement a new document management system, aligned with document management policies.
Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, organizing brainstorm sessions, and following up on improvement streams.
Establish a central hub for operational excellence by creating central guidelines, tools, and well-defined processes for best practices.
Act as an implementation manager for specific projects, from conceptual ideas to fruition, ensuring proper adherence and functioning post-implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Possess a master's degree in engineering (civil, commercial, etc.), in economics, or equivalent by experience.
At least 2 years of working experience with familiarity in project management best practices.
Good knowledge of English and fluency in French or Dutch, with at least a good understanding of the other language.
Strive for excellence, with a talent for spotting improvement opportunities and carrying these beyond mere ideas to implementation.
Familiarity with change management principles and confidence in engaging with various stakeholders.
Well-organized and rigorous in managing project deadlines, showing a result-oriented mindset.
