SAP HR Functional Analyst

For a client, we are looking for an SAP HR Functional Analyst.

Period: 01/09/2025 – 31/12/2025 with extension option
Location: Namur & telecommuting (2 days per week of telecommuting possible)
Languages: French and English 

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP HR Consultant responsible for implementing the digitalization of business solutions. In close collaboration with the HR business teams (soft and hard), he will help define, frame and phasing the needs of the organization, analyze HR processes and provide tailored solutions in the SAP HR system. The senior SAP HR consultant will therefore have in-depth knowledge of business processes as well as senior level SAP HR experience. He will also work closely with IT analysts and technical teams.

Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis: Collect, understand and analyze the business requirements at the level of HR processes and in line with SAP HR digital solutions that cover these processes (PA, Payroll, Time Management, etc.).
Configuration and Parameterization: Configure the SAP HR module according to business needs; ensure the daily functional support of the SAP HR system, resolve incidents, identify malfunctions and make the necessary corrections; perform functional and integration tests, write test scenarios and ensure the quality of the delivered solutions; support the business in defining use cases and test scenarios, ensure the documentation is updated: the need, the functional and technical specifications.
Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues and ensure the proper functioning of the SAP HR system; propose and implement continuous improvements to optimize existing processes.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Train end users and internal SAP HR teams on new SAP processes and features; document and share best practices and lessons learned.

Profile Sought:
Training: University degree in computer science, management, engineering or related field or equivalent by experience.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP HR consultant, with proven experience in implementation and projects.
Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP HR; good knowledge of the integration of SAP HR with the SAP FICO module; skills in data analysis and use of SAP tools for reporting; risk analysis and management on HR processes and in their digitalization in SAP HR; deep knowledge of HR business processes (soft and hard).
Personal Skills: Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems; ability to work in a team, to collaborate with varied stakeholders; solution-oriented and service-minded.
