Job Title: IT Functional Analyst

Mission Context:

The Functional Analyst will identify business problems and requirements, mapping out solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. Responsibilities include cost-benefit analysis and detailed solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Ensure client adherence to architectural standards and security protocols.
• Work with architects to establish architecture and collaborate with project managers, asset managers, and product owners.
• Coordinate with asset teams to ensure a unified approach to client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements and align with asset teams on responsibilities.
• Design application solutions, detailing impacts on application components.
• Collaborate with technical teams to specify requirements.
• Oversee development and testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
• Provide technical definitions for components and support suppliers during development and testing.
• Analyze defects during testing and support release and deployment teams.
• Provide support to operational entities and helpdesks post-installation, analyzing production incidents and maintaining documentation.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
• Business experience in the banking and technical domain.
• Preferable knowledge of analysis methodology according to enterprise standards.
• Practical experience with Scrum.
