Medior PMO Position
Location: Brussels
Responsibilities:
- Support program and project managers in coordination, guidance, and communication tasks.
- Act as the guardian of program/project methodologies.
- Prepare and follow up on steering committee(s).
- Ensure follow-up of initiatives/projects.
- Enhance coordination and communication between Business and IT.
- Consolidate monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Maintain the roadmap, including follow-up and challenge of risks, issues, and milestone planning.
- Create presentations on specific topics.
- Provide guidance and support to projects on demand.
- Support the development of roadmaps for specific topics/initiatives.
- Assist in change management activities.
- Collaborate closely with PgM/PM for resource and cost follow-up.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management.
- Knowledge of PMO & project management methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMI standards).
- Experience with program/project management tools is a plus (e.g., Sciforma, MS Projects).
- Proficient in Dutch and/or French and English.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Autonomous and capable of managing and respecting (program) deadlines.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proactive and a problem solver.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation.
- Result-driven and assertive.
- Effective stakeholder management, including executives, team members, and external partners.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
