Role Description
We are looking for a Team Manager with a strong focus on people management, coaching, and performance improvement. The team is newly composed and requires guidance to deliver on a strategic reporting roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 7 junior reporting analysts
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and regular one-on-one meetings
- Prioritize and follow up on the team’s roadmap and backlog
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs
- Support team members in understanding and executing reporting tasks
- Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to clarify reporting needs
- Drive performance management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the team’s services and ways of working
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business Engineering, IT, Data Science, etc.)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data/reporting environments
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a people management role
Must-Have Skills
- Working knowledge of QlikSense
- Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data environments
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Performance management experience
- Proactive and strategic mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Dutch language skills
- Prior experience within telecom/data environments
- Affinity with technological or network data (e.g., delivery KPIs, operational software testing KPIs)
