Epic Delivery Owner

Start Date: Immediate

End Date: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
• Specify and coordinate the implementation of a project.
• Meet project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and manage associated risks.
• Contribute to and review the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Define/design activities, starting from existing solutions.
• Coordinate a small team of specialists to implement project tasks.
• Provide the interface and maintain a confident relationship with other contributors to the project.
• Contribute to setting project evaluation parameters.
• Negotiate minor changes to project scope or specification with the project sponsor/client.
• Regularly report project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/client.
• Contribute to improving/developing systems.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers at a tactical level.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong technical skills and proven project management experience.
• Understanding of business issues.
• Ability to manage projects within quality, time, and budget targets.
• Experience in coordinating a team and managing project risks.

Language Proficiency:

English proficiency required.

On-Site Requirements:

Available to be on-site two days per week.
