Junior IT Services Management Administrator
Job Description
As a member of the IT Service Management team, your role will be purely administrative, without engaging in technical interventions. You will contribute to the ITSM Team, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations governing IT processes, Service Delivery, and Data Management within the Global IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by updating and ensuring the accuracy of data related to Assets and Configuration Items (CIs).
- Implement best practices in Configuration and Asset Management, leveraging ITIL principles.
- Proactively validate CMDB data for completeness, correctness, and quality, identifying areas for improvement.
- Generate and deliver reports to provide insights into data accuracy and organization.
- Collaborate with colleagues of the ITSM Team to enhance the Asset and Configuration Management Database and improve data accuracy.
- Update the CMDB based on administrative tasks triggered by Service Request Forms (SRFs) and Requests for Change (RFCs).
- Assist the User Identity and Access Management team in creating identities and application access assignments.
- Update the Account Repository Administration Tool based on tasks triggered by SRFs.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous nature.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, proactively, and independently in a team environment.
- A passion for data management and process improvement, with or without prior experience in ITSM.
- Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT processes is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) for reporting and data updates is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SailPoint is a plus.
