Task description
As a Technical Specialist Copilot Studio & Azure AI, you will design, develop and maintain conversational agents based on generative AI, including our secure SecureGPT solution, playing a key role in the architecture, implementation and optimization of copilots that integrate seamlessly with company data and services.

You combine the Low-Code of Microsoft Copilot Studio with advanced development on the specialized AI services of Azure (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Azure AI Foundry), including advanced functionalities such as custom plugins, REST API integration and orchestration, while you rely on your solid experience in web development, automated deployment infrastructure via Azure DevOps and Azure maintenance You will improve existing solutions and create new agents that meet business requirements, by tracking business requests and the evolution of the functionalities of Microsoft products, with the passion to build bridges between business challenges and AI-based solutions in a fast evolving technological landscape.

In addition to the compulsory skills, knowledge or experience with the following domains is a plus:
Azure Cognitive Search and RAG (vector-DB) patterns. Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform), Azure Policy, FinOps / cost optimization.
Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid.
Integration of company data (Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, SQL, REST / GraphQL).
Experience with back-end development in Python and knowledge of TypeScript / C # / Node.js or other languages such as React and the SPFX framework.
Unit and integration tests, Git, code review and quality pipelines.
Model evaluation, prompt engineering, optimization of answers.
Application of best practices for cloud security and governance (RBAC, secret management).

Technical Skills
(M) Experience with integration of Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI foundry services (LLM, RAG, embedding). (L1: at least some experience)
(M) Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio (or an equivalent low-code tool) for creating and publishing copilots. (L1: at least some experience)
(M) Configuration, rollout and maintenance of Azure infrastructure (Resource Groups, networks, security, Identity, Key Vault). (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
(M) Full automation of CI / CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
(M) Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or of agent-to-agent protocol concepts (A2A). (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
(M) Implementation of monitoring and observability (Application Insights, Log Analytics, metrics, alerts) to anticipate failures and ensure availability. (L1: at least some experience)
(M) You must master both English and one of the following national languages: Dutch or French. (B2: above average level)
