Data Architect 

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension

Location: Vlaams-Brabant

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Data Architect to join a dynamic team of architects, including a junior in Microsoft, a senior in Azure integration, and a senior in AI. The team is currently expanding, and Microsoft knowledge is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable IT architecture solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in all architectural designs.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
• Document architecture frameworks and maintain architectural standards.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all data platforms and pipelines.
• Evaluate and recommend data technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture or related roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in architecture frameworks and tools.
• Expertise in data architecture, modeling, BPMN, enterprise systems, microservices, and security frameworks.
