Subject Matter Expert Development

Position Purpose:

As a Development Engineer, you will join an enthusiastic multidisciplinary team. Together, you will develop, enrich, and maintain qualitative applications supporting our Access Management service. You will be responsible for developing products from the client's requirements definition to deployment in production.

Responsibilities:

• Define the development plan and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
• Design, build, test, and maintain new and existing features with high performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Focus on optimal performance, quality, and uptime of the application by identifying and solving bottlenecks or bugs.
• Ensure high code quality, readability, and structure.
• Implement smart automation where relevant.
• Create and update technical documentation to ensure service continuity.
• Embed agile and development best practices in daily tasks.

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Leverage expertise to refine features into workable activities.
• Share expertise and improvement ideas to enrich the squad’s backlog.
• Align and follow the priorities defined by the squad.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver high-quality service.

Specific Qualifications & Behavioral Competencies:

• Knowledge of IAM, RBAC methodology is a plus.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch is preferred.
• Decent knowledge of English is mandatory.
