Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions across audiovisual, collaboration, and connectivity domains.
Drive the transition from in-house services to a managed service model, ensuring seamless handover, operational excellence, and supplier accountability.
Manage external suppliers and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and value is delivered consistently.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
Establish and maintain a structured way of working, including documentation, process governance, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all digital workplace services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven track record in digital workplace engineering.
Deep expertise in audiovisual systems and collaboration tools.
Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Proficiency in managing end-user devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals) and endpoint management.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals relevant to workplace connectivity and performance.
Experience managing suppliers in a managed service environment, including contract negotiation, performance management, and service transition.
Structured and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent through experience.
