Medior/Senior Back End .NET Developer

Location: Hybrid, 50% on-site in Antwerp
Responsibilities:
- Apply technical knowledge, skills, and expertise to provide development, testing, or support services.
- Deliver core/customized products according to agreed schedules, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects/issues and drive resolution.
- Work efficiently on development tasks in line with client and project needs and methodology standards.
- Perform independent code reviews, assist in developing revisions, and log defects/deficiencies.
- Ensure code meets design specifications and complies with project standards.
- Maintain code quality across projects and fix detected errors as per the agreed schedule.
- Verify that effort/schedule estimates are realistic and ensure they are met.
- Resolve design problems and ensure documentation completeness.
- Take ownership and closely follow up on assigned projects, ensuring targets are met.
- Build productive relationships and networks with business partners and end users by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively to questions and problems.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to act as a partner for internal businesses.
- Ability to comprehend functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in developing applications with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework, REST, SOAP, Angular, Typescript, MVC, HTML, SQL, and SQL-server.
- Experience in writing tests (Unit & Integration) as part of the development workflow.
- Knowledge of DB2 is a plus.
- Experience with NServicebus or other bus-related technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of SSIS and BIML is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of build and deploy pipelines (CI/CD) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Azure is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP4Hana and its integration capabilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of Payroll systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lead to Cash processes is a plus.
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements.
- Ability to identify and propose governance improvements for master data.
- Ability to translate Functional Analysis to technical implementations in collaboration with a technical lead.
