Junior SAP Functional Analyst

Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Functional Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP modules across the organization. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational SAP knowledge who are eager to grow their expertise in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, GTS).
• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements.
• Support day-to-day SAP operations and resolve user issues and incidents.
• Participate in SAP project activities including upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
• Work closely with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis, etc.) to implement solutions.
• Perform data analysis and validation to support business processes and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SAP ERP systems and business processes.
• Internship or academic experience with SAP is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, or SD is desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus.

On-Site Requirements:

Preferably 3 days of presence at the office.
