Veeva Vault SME – Clinical Development Cloud

Project Duration: Until the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Participate in sprint-based project meetings.
• Align on configuration and integration changes.
• Design and implement system configurations.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Update validation documentation (CSV suite).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support data migration (e.g., from CRO eTMF to internal eTMF).

Years of Experience: 3–8 years (mid-level profile preferred, but junior candidates with strong clinical Veeva experience may be considered).

Must Have:

• Current Veeva Vault Platform Administrator certification.
• Experience with Veeva Vault administration, support, and data migration.
• Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and validation processes.
• Strong knowledge of CTMS and Clinical Operations Vault.
• Fluent in English.
• Full-time availability.

• Comfortable with sprint-based project work and stakeholder interaction.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of eTMF and broader Clinical Operations Vault.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and Veeva Vault Loader.
• Familiarity with other Veeva Vault domains (e.g., Regulatory, Quality).
