Junior ServiceNow Developer

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will be involved in the operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow software infrastructure, primarily using the ITSM module. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining or developing new functionalities and applications based on needs analysis.
• Developing integrations with other components of the infrastructure.
• Providing user support and potentially conducting training or demos.
• Maintaining and developing user facilities such as documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Supporting the expansion of the ServiceNow platform's use.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Passionate about the world of ServiceNow.
• Ability to take initiative and work well with team members, process owners, and hierarchy.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and seek help when needed.
• Strong communication skills, both within and outside the team.
• Flexibility to handle varying tasks and priorities, with the ability to switch quickly between tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking and customer-oriented mindset.
• Solution-oriented communication skills to reach sustainable solutions through constructive dialogue.
• Preferably trained in some aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
• Some certifications in ServiceNow are advantageous.
• Limited experience in companies heavily relying on ITSM processes is preferred.
