As an Application Owner and Support Lead, you will be the guiding force for support questions or requests, collaborating with your technical counterpart. You will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the business, while resolutions are provided by various teams. Your role involves setting up a structured user support organization with the aim of achieving zero support. You will also support initiatives to ensure program stability and effective system monitoring.
In this capacity, you will coordinate documentation, facilitate system improvements, and assist in gathering and structuring change requests. You will also undertake light project management responsibilities, including planning support, stakeholder communication, maintaining governance structures, and providing regular updates on existing programs. Collaboration with business stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers is essential to ensure smooth operations and team alignment. You will report to the Product Company Portfolio Manager.
