Project Manager/Analyst for Tribe Payments

Location: Brussels (at least 2 days a week at the office)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project management and contract partnerships.
• Conduct digital flow analysis and coordinate with tech teams.
• Implement risk management strategies (PARP).
• Engage in product management and marketing activities.
• Collaborate frequently with ITS and IT security officers.
• Work within the SME segment in the merchant sector.
• Handle acquiring, banking, and payment processes.
• Utilize process modeling tools such as Visio and ARIS.

Tasks:

• Develop and deploy product pages and documentation.
• Monitor pilot projects, evaluate outcomes, and implement corrective actions based on feedback from support, partners, and clients.
• Organize and lead service meetings.
• Manage client and support inquiries, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
• Oversee IT deliverables, participate in testing, and validate outcomes.
• Complete the risks review process (PARP).
• Respond to specific RFP questions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in E2E project management, digital flow analysis, risk management, product management, IT and security, SME segment, acquiring/banking/payment, and process modeling.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Strong knowledge of IT and security.
• Familiarity with Visio and ARIS tools.
