Description of the mission:
The EIL team (Enterprise Integration Layer) is looking for a Senior Scrum Master. The team’s mission is to ensure and guarantee data exchanges within the company and with its partners in a sustainable manner. To do this, the team develops and maintains several solutions allowing data exchange in several application fields. The types of exchanges are mainly carried out via web services and/or event messages.

The work will consist of supporting the team in order to deliver the requested functionalities while respecting deadlines and priorities. The person sought will take an active part in the EIL team and work on a daily basis with analysts, developers, testers and architects of the team and related teams.

Main activities:
Ensure the organization of Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Spring Review, Sprint Retrospective
Ensure the follow-up of incidents and bugs
Work on team cohesion
Ensure the follow-ups of requests from/to the team
Save / filter requests
Ensure communication with the applicant
Challenge the team’s deliveries before delivery to the requester
Ensure delivery support
Record team requests
Contact and make requests to suppliers
Follow the requests with the supplier
Follow up on the team’s work through a weekly status meeting
Handle requests from start to finish with the Service Delivery teams
Ensure contacts with the appropriate people in the SD service
Complete the application forms, taking care of the technical writing
Support 'change requests' for deployments
Be the team’s point of contact for the release manager and the change managers

Required technical skills:
Confirmed experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge in Development in C# . NET Framework and C#. NET Core
Knowledge of Git/ Bitbucket
Knowledge of . NET WCF Service and . NET Windows services
Knowledge of Domain Driven design
Knowledge of data transfer protocols (http, FTP, etc.)
Knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON and data transformations
Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), Queuing, web services (SOAP / REST)

Functional skills:
Experience and sector knowledge (transport) is not required but is an asset.
