Role Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. The role involves working on projects and managing corrective and evolutive maintenance on currently deployed applications, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) for service clients. The consultant will collaborate with business representatives, functional analysts, Salesforce technical leads, and deployment coordinators.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on Salesforce FSL/Service Cloud solutions, including user management and master data management.
  • Resolve incidents and problems on deployed applications.
  • Define use cases and user stories in collaboration with business analysts.
  • Configure user stories and test use cases during System Tests and System Integration Tests.
  • Support business during User Acceptance Tests.
  • Manage sanity checks after deployment in production of a release.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer 1 & 2.
  • Proven experience in designing Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and custom code (APEX) - Minimum 3 years.
  • Proven experience with FSL (Field Service Lightning) technology, processes, best practices, and implementation.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com - Minimum 4 years.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD technologies and processes (Jenkins).
  • Proven experience with ServiceCloud technology, processes, best practices, and implementation.

Desired Skills:

  • Fluent in French or Dutch.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience with OmniTracker.
  • Proven experience with JIRA.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication according to the audience.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to quickly understand problems in context.
  • Availability and service-oriented towards business needs.
  • Resourceful and technology-driven.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to work in Agile Methodology & SCRUM Framework.
  • Ability to manage backlog refinement using JIRA.
  • Ability to manage technical analysis, including use case and user story description.
  • Ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to configure and develop in Salesforce platform, including LWC and APEX code.
  • Ability to test solutions, including test case definition, execution, and bug tracking.
  • Master data mass creation/modifications via tools like Inspector.
  • Administration of users, user profiles, permission sets, user groups, and user queues.
  • Clear understanding of Object Manager possibilities, including field setup, page layout, and validation rules.
  • Knowledge of FSL objects such as service appointments, work orders, and timesheets is a plus.
