Business Analyst 

For a client we are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Pega to support ongoing initiatives within a commercial platform. This role bridges business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with strategic goals and operational feasibility.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business vision and goals into Pega application features and user stories.
• Design and model end-to-end customer journeys and business processes using Pega tools (App Studio, Case Designer, Journey Centric Delivery).
• Collaborate with Lead Business Architects (LBAs), Lead System Architects (LSAs), system architects, and developers to ensure alignment with Pega guardrails and best practices.
• Review and validate functional and technical specifications, test cases, and user acceptance criteria.
• Conduct demos and walkthroughs of the solution with stakeholders and end users.
• Provide feedback to improve usability, performance, and quality of the solution.
• Maintain and update backlogs with user stories and change requests.
• Support deployment, adoption, and maintenance of the solution.
• Stay updated on the latest Pega features and trends.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Document business processes, user stories, and solution designs.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and are aligned with business expectations.
• Monitor integration and dependencies across the broader commercial platform.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process modeling, or solution design.

Must-have Skills:

• Proficient in Pega Platform tools (App Studio, Blueprint, Case Designer, Data Designer, Reporting Designer, etc.).
• Familiarity with Pega methodologies (Scrum, DCO, LSA Readiness, etc.).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Dutch and/or French language skills.
• Familiarity with large-scale commercial platforms.
• Experience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
