Performance Testing Manager
Start Date: August/September
End Date: End of 2025 with an option for extension
Work Regime: Full-time
Office Days: At least 2 to 3 days per week on-site
Role Overview:
This role involves managing and scaling the central performance testing team, challenging partners, and aligning QA strategy with business stakeholders. It requires a combination of technical expertise and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage daily in initiative intake and performance needs assessment.
- Collaborate in an agile manner with business and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholders across all levels.
- Perform administrative tasks using Jira and Confluence.
- Coordinate and moderate the offshore Infosys team.
- Prioritize and follow up on deliverables.
- Report and track progress.
- Support quarterly release cycles and ensure timely delivery.
- Translate technical issues into business-friendly language.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a performance testing environment.
- Recent hands-on experience in testing within operational environments.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong background in load and performance testing.
- Ability to identify pain points and improve adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple business language.
- Assertiveness and ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with JMeter for performance scripting.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with offshore teams.
