V-IT is looking for an UX/UI Designer for a client in Brussels.

Responsibilities

•    Design a consistent and unified user experience centred around case management

•    Support change: create an interface that can be adopted by both enthusiastic and reluctant users

•    Work in collaboration with the business to integrate business needs without weighing down the UX

•    Provide a systemic vision of flows, screens and interactions, starting from existing products and moving towards an organic whole

•    Translate UX needs into interfaces compatible with Angular + PrimeNG


Required profile

•    Min. 5 years' experience in UX design
o    Desired experience in application merger and/or front-end rationalisation projects
    Bonus: experience in EDM projects

•    User-centred design; ability to communicate with PO/BA/USERS and understand complex business logic

•    Familiarity with technical environments such as Angular / PrimeNG
o    Modular interface design; reusable components
o    Ability to audit and map UX; identify what can be shared or removed

•    Proficiency in Figma 
o    Bonus: Playwright 

•    Comfortable in environments with adoption constraints (resistance to change, expert users, etc.)
