CIAM SaaS Migration Consultant

Project Duration: 20 working days

Preferred Start Date: August 

Location: Hybrid delivery (remote with on-site presence if required)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive mapping of the current CIAM landscape, including system configuration, integrations, and dependencies.
• Develop a detailed and actionable migration plan addressing technical, operational, and procedural aspects.
• Reimplement key functionalities, configurations, and processes within a new operational and governance model.
• Assess process and operational elements to ensure a successful transition.
• Contribute to the setup of the Ping SaaS foundation, including onboarding the first application and launching a pilot project.
• Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance principles to avoid legacy complexities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in CIAM SaaS migration projects.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, integrations, and dependencies.
• Ability to draft comprehensive migration plans.
• Experience with Ping IaaS and Ping SaaS (Advanced Identity Cloud) platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with governance and quality control standards.
