For a client we are seeking a Business Analyst for the Repatriation Team Business.

Mission Context:

The Repatriation Team Business is responsible for handling additional stock of files closed by the Front for the period 01/01/2022 to 30/06/2024. The team will manage incoming international transactions within Retail, Private & Wealth segments, ensuring compliance with fiscal deontology. Responsibilities include checking, analyzing, accepting, or refusing transactions, managing follow-ups by contacting clients or relationship managers, and ensuring proper archiving of files. In cases of suspected fraud, escalation to AML Operations is required. This role demands a strong understanding of personal tax aspects and discretion due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage international transactions within Retail, Private & Wealth segments.
• Contact clients or relationship managers to collect necessary documents and information.
• Ensure proper archiving of files and escalate suspicious cases to AML Operations.
• Report to management.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Excellent
• French: Excellent
• English: Good

Education:

Master's Degree in Tax

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 2.5 years of relevant experience.
• Very good knowledge of personal tax matters.
• Experience in AML and tax analysis processes.
• Ability to rapidly learn internal tools.
• Discretion and confidentiality are preferable.
• First banking experience is preferable.
