Job description:
Within the Special Unit Directorate, you will play a key role in technology integration and accessibility for unit members. You will be responsible for setting up a software ecosystem for operational communication at the European level. Your main mission will be to lead the technical teams, coordinate stakeholders and manage projects according to the agile Scrum method, including planning, priority management, hosting Scrum ceremonies and reporting. You will also be the technical reference for teams, overseeing architecture, infrastructure and DevOps.

Main responsibilities:
Supervise the deployment of the NEOS4EU solution with European partners.
Supervise the migration of existing features to the new NEOS4EU environment.
Perform functional analyses to translate business needs into clear specifications.
Design wireframes and functional and aesthetic design prototypes.
Conduct collaborative workshops with users.
Supervise the backend, frontend developments, and the implementation of unit tests and integration.
Validate each implementation through rigorous functional testing.
Oversee the DevOps aspect and the implementation of deployment pipelines.

Profile:
Degree in computer science (minimum baccalaureate) or Master.
Significant experience in IT team management and solution design.
Proven leadership, ability to unite stakeholders and build a network.
Empathy and firmness as needed.
Ability to adapt the management style according to profiles.
Skill in managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Mastery of agile methods, notably Scrum.
Proficiency in XD, Figma, Illustrator, Jira and 365 tools.
Perfect command of French, Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
