For a client, we are seeking an Enterprise Architect.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to design and implement architecture guidelines, guardrails, and governance. This role will ensure architectural consistency, solution quality, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design guidelines, guardrails, and governance that work in an agile organization, drawing on experience and best practices.
• Coach product teams from leadership to architects and developers in adopting these best practices.
• Pilot minimum required governance forums with selected teams to test and evolve the approach.

Experience:

• 10+ years in architecture/design, with a minimum of 5 years building and maintaining logistics applications.
• Experience in building an EA practice in an agile organization.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills, including guiding and mentoring development teams.
