Mission:
As part of a strategic digital transformation project, our client is undertaking the migration of its current system to SAP S/4HANA. To ensure the success of this transition and promote adherence to new practices and tools, we are recruiting a Change Manager (Medior). Integrated into the project team from the implementation phase, you will be responsible for supporting the human aspect of change: supporting employees and stakeholders in adopting new processes, ensuring proper ownership of tools, and ensuring, beyond the deployment, the reinforcement and sustainability actions necessary to anchor changes sustainably.
Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence to develop change management plans.
Define, implement and continuously adjust change management plans based on the PROSCI methodology (indispensable).
Manage digital communication actions, by designing clear, engaging messages adapted to the different impacted audiences as well as stakeholders.
Accompany and support managers and ambassadors of change in their role as relays with the teams.
Monitor the engagement, adoption and use of change indicators, identify risks and propose corrective measures.
Promote a participatory and proactive dynamic, facilitating the appropriation of new tools and processes.
Contribute to the training, coaching and skill development of the teams involved in the transformation.
Profile:
PROSCI certification in change management, held for at least 3 years.
Proven experience in change management, ideally as part of digital transformation projects or ERP implementation (knowledge of SAP is an asset).
Individual and/or collective coaching skills would be greatly appreciated.
Excellent digital communication skills, both written and oral.
Great capacity for autonomy, with a strong sense of organization and a structured approach.
Proactive spirit, oriented solutions, with a real taste for taking initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to change management.
