Role Description:
Your responsibilities will include producing internal communications for support functions (Data, IT, Customer Service Centre, Agile, Procurement, etc.), as well as external and/or strategic communications (crisis communications, press releases, speeches for the executive committee). You will collaborate closely with the Brand squad and report to the Head of Storytelling (Chapter Lead). This mission is until the end of 2025, with a possibility of renewal, and can be either 80% or 100% engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Translate campaign briefings into creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- Write engaging and accessible texts for various formats (social media posts, emails, articles, speeches, scripts, web pages) while adhering to the tone of voice and guidelines.
- Work alongside a Dutch-speaking Storyteller, translating/adapting texts into French.
- Collaborate with the video team to define creative concepts, translating them into storyboards and scripts.
- Develop innovative solutions to effectively communicate complex messages.
- Creatively repurpose content across different channels and formats.
- Utilize AI to optimize content production.
- Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure proper content integration.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Storyteller with French as a native language.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, journalism, literature, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in effectively interpreting briefings and converting them into content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (creation) and good knowledge of Dutch (transcreation).
- Proficient in both short copy (banners, social media posts) and long copy (emails, news articles, video scripts).

- Creativity and willingness to propose and test new approaches based on performance and/or marketing insights.

Language Proficiency Requirements:
- French: Excellent knowledge
- Dutch: Very good knowledge (understand briefings in Dutch, actively participate in meetings where everyone speaks their language, translate and adapt texts from Dutch to French)
- English: Good knowledge (translate and adapt texts from English to French)
