Mission Context:

 Your responsibilities will include leading business analysis initiatives to enhance flows, increase transparency, reduce exceptions, and integrate AI into investigation processes. You will be instrumental in shaping features, refining use cases, and ensuring clarity throughout the development lifecycle. The objective is to establish a multi-year trajectory after analyzing various ideas positioned for study in Q4 2025, confirming business cases, feasibility, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to scope and structure analysis work aligned with strategic focus on excellence and client-centricity.
• Provide data-driven insights and structured business analysis to shape refinements.
• Support the integration of capabilities into the local landscape, ensuring end-to-end coverage.
• Analyze service requests and recurring issues raised by corporate clients, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
• Integrate advanced analytics and AI solutions to drive intelligent automation and improve efficiency.
• Lead refinement activities, engage stakeholders, document needs, and ensure functional alignment across squads.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment across business, functional, and technical teams.

Function Description:

• Responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies.
• Analyze and design new business processes, identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals.
• Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.
• Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality management reviews to ensure designs and prototypes fulfill requirements.
• Plan and execute the BA requirements management strategy, communicating and managing the business analysis effort through all project phases.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education and Experience:

• AI / Data analysis are a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management preferable.
• XML knowledge.

Business Experience:

• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• SWIFT / Payment investigations.
