Job description:
As part of the progressive implementation of the Microsoft CRM solution, the mission consists in collecting detailed qualitative feedback (expectations, irritants, suggestions) to guide functional evolutions and change support, by evaluating the feedback from 1,200 advisors.

Mission objectives:
Design and management of the consultation:
Identify the issues, challenges and axes of analysis with the project team.
Build an online questionnaire/consultation focusing on open-ended questions to encourage advisors' free expression.
Select the most suitable tool for collecting and semantic analysis of verbatims.
Implementation and engagement:
Set up and put the questionnaire online while ensuring its accessibility to all advisors.
Define and implement an internal communication plan to maximize the participation rate (information campaigns, follow-ups, relay points).
Qualitative analysis and synthesis:
Exploit the data collected through semantic groupings, trend analysis, grouping into macro clusters and clusters and identification of "nuggets" (weak signals, innovative ideas).
Produce a structured summary including major lessons, areas for improvement and recommendations for change support.
Restitution and steering:
Present the results and recommendations to the project team during a dedicated session.
Propose a detailed schedule of the steps (scoping in September 2025, launch of the consultation in October, analysis in November and feedback in December 2025).

Required qualifications:
Significant experience in project management, ideally as part of the implementation of CRM solutions.
Proven skills in questionnaire design and semantic analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in French at a native level.
