Senior Technical / Functional Analyst SAP SCM

Location: Brussels

Languages: English + Dutch and/or French

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and estimate the workload and cost of changes.
• Consider multiple solutions or approaches.
• Assess the impact of changes on existing systems.
• Ensure service continuity and maintainability of the solution.
• Make necessary adaptations or developments based on specifications.
• Update reference documentation.
• Develop a test plan, supervise tests, control quality, and ensure deployment.
• Follow up and resolve incidents and problems.

Profile:

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Proven experience in functional analysis.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in SAP WM.
• Experience with SAP MM and SAP PM.
• Proven experience in ABAP and debugging.
• Experience with Web Dynpro.
• Knowledge of EWM.
• Experience in inventory management and warehousing.
• Fluent in at least one of the two national languages (Dutch/French).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in service delivery.
• Excellent listening, analytical, synthesis, customer orientation, and result orientation skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Experience as a technical/functional analyst (10 years).
• Experience in inventory management and warehousing.
• Experience with SAP WM (8 years).
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, or a science-related domain.
• Experience with SAP MM and SAP PM.
• Knowledge of EWM and Web Dynpro.
• Proven experience with SAP ITS Mobile technology.
• SAP Certification: Application Associate – Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management // SAP S/4HANA – Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
