Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Program Manager in a strategic project related to Digital Currency. The role involves working within a global competence center responsible for steering and developing corporate cash management services.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Program Manager in conducting activities such as stakeholder alignment and planning.
• Produce deliverables including roadmaps, KPIs, and financials for key committees.
• Take ownership of specific initiatives.
• Document business vision and needs.
• Facilitate governance and align product teams with central IT.
• Manage risks, quality, and issues.
• Follow up on validation processes and documentation.
• Liaise between stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: A plus
• French: Mandatory
• English: Excellent written and oral skills

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven skills as a business analyst in project-driven environments.
• Ability to communicate with IT, operations, legal, compliance, and business teams.
• Preferable experience in international payments ecosystems.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory banking experience.
• Payments management experience.
• Preferable experience with correspondent banking operating models.
• Finance and treasury knowledge.
