Business IT Analyst

Fixed Office Days: Varies by team; includes at least one fixed day and an additional one to be determined.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, business and process analysts, and IT delivery partners to design and implement reliable, scalable, and sustainable solutions. The focus may vary slightly depending on the team, but core responsibilities remain aligned.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Owner in roadmap development and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with software architects to design end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore analysts, developers, and testers.
• Ensure scope preservation and consistency at the epic level.
• Monitor and optimize application quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide accurate capacity and effort assessments.
• Maintain IT processes, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Propose improvements and support prioritization.
• Take ownership of initiatives and resolve conflicts across stakeholders.
• Coach and challenge team members and delivery partners.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT.
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or consultant.
• Proven experience in integration projects (especially API-based).
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Experience in functional analysis and interface design.

• Background as a developer/software engineer.
• Familiarity with tools/suites like Netcracker.
