Senior SAP Sales Consultant

Start Date: ASAP, latest onboarding by 31/10
Initial Contract Duration: Until end of 2025
Potential Extension: Into 2026 and Q1 2027 depending on program timelines
Location: Hoboken, Brussel, Olen Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence required

Support the SAP SD implementation within the program.
Ensure integration of Sales processes with other SAP domains (e.g., MM, CO, QM).
Facilitate business-facing activities and decision-making processes.
Analyze and optimize sales order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processes.
Document SAP SD configurations and technical specifications.
Conduct system testing and validation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
Work within custom-built and template-based SAP environments.
Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows.
Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicable.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD projects.
Proven experience with end-to-end SAP SD implementations and integration with other domains.
Experience in structured documentation and blueprinting.
Debugging skills are preferred.
Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments.

Strong communication and alignment skills across domains and teams.
Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Capable of clearly explaining viewpoints while remaining open to compromise.
Experience in international and multicultural environments.
Able to work independently, escalate when needed, and take ownership of deliverables.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP certification is an advantage.
Experience is more important than certification.
