Senior SAP Master Data Consultant

Start Date: ASAP, with the latest onboarding by 31/10

Contract Duration: Initial contract until the end of 2025, with potential extension into 2026 and Q1 2027 depending on program timelines

Location: Brussel, Hoboken & Olen

Onsite Requirement: Minimum 3 days per week

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support the SAP Master Data implementation within the program.
• Ensure integration of Master Data processes with other SAP domains (e.g., MM, SD, EWM).
• Execute data migration activities using tools such as LSMW and S4 Cockpits.
• Analyze and optimize Master Data structures and processes.
• Align with other domains and team members to ensure end-to-end process coverage.
• Document Master Data configurations and technical specifications using BPMN, UML, PowerPoint.
• Conduct system testing and validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain a structured and thorough approach to tasks and open topics.
• Work within custom-built and template-based SAP environments.
• Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicable.

Technical Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Master Data projects.
• Proven experience with LSMW and S4 Cockpit migration tools.
• Strong understanding of Master Data integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in structured documentation and blueprinting.
• Debugging skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments.

• SAP certification is an advantage.

Language Proficiencies:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• French: must-have for Master Data role.
• Dutch: preferred for local Hoboken site.
