We are looking for a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting the best candidates for our organization. The focus is on driving a candidate-driven approach, ensuring that our recruitment process is efficient, effective, and engaging. Responsibilities include developing and updating job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and objectives, and preparing recruitment materials. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, LinkedIn, and other methods, while promoting the company as a "Top Employer." You will partner with HR Business Partners and employer branding experts to ensure that the right campaigns are set up to reach potential talent. Additional duties include screening candidate resumes and job applications, conducting interviews, assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, and participating in onboarding new employees. You will support the creation of an overall recruiting strategy and implement the best approach for internal customers. Monitoring best practices in recruitment and collaborating proactively with HR Business Partners and department managers to identify future hiring needs is also part of the role. Participation in internal team meetings and projects is expected.
