Senior Program Manager Position

For a client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to deliver their IS Operations Master Plan (OMP) initiative.

Key Details:

• Start Date: October 2025
• Duration: 12 months
• Location: Onsite in Brussels 2 days/week
• Languages: Fluent French and English are mandatory

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in program management
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, and engineering concepts
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Bilingual fluency in French and English

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science
• Experience in multicultural environments
• Background in the rail industry
