Senior IS Project Manager

Mission:

Join a dynamic team of 5 project leaders within a larger group of approximately 160 professionals, including analysts, architects, developers, service delivery managers, and more. This role involves managing projects sequentially or in parallel over multiple years, focusing on change management and coordination to enhance efficiency across various companies. Responsibilities include:

• Structuring ideas into actionable plans and formulating business cases with the business.
• Overseeing all project aspects, from GDPR assessments to steering committees.
• Ensuring collaboration and delivery from all IT parties involved.
• Managing new implementations, migrations, and obsolescence initiatives.
• Taking responsibility for IT aspects, from servers to mobile app user experiences.
• Assisting in creating internal structures like portfolio and resource forecasting.
• Working within and improving the existing waterscrum methodology.
• Engaging with CIOs, infrastructure teams, business divisions, architects, analysts, developers, external suppliers, SDMs, CISO, and DPO.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project leader for IT applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in an agile environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French.
