Team Size: 4 testers (3 existing + 1 new position)

Experience Level: Medior (3–4 years)

Description:

The IT/MES Tester will support OpenText ALM usage within a specific testing program. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, tracking testing execution, managing defects, and reporting/testing KPIs. The role involves managing, executing, and following up on IT testing, including both functional and non-functional testing activities.

Major Accountabilities:

• Design, review, and execute test scripts for MES (OpCenter/XFP).
• Manage testing planning and coordinate testing resources as needed.
• Set up, design, and execute test scripts using appropriate testing tools.
• Coordinate and generate testing reports and KPIs for specific projects.
• Advocate for appropriate levels of testing in system implementation processes and ensure quality in defect resolution.

Typical Day:

• Design, review, and execute test scripts for MES (OpCenter/XFP).
• Manage testing planning and coordinate resources.
• Execute functional and non-functional testing.
• Generate testing reports and KPIs.
• Support OpenText ALM usage and defect management.
• Advocate for quality in system implementation and defect resolution.

Must Have:

• Experience with OpenText ALM (mandatory).
• Experience with OpCenter (XFP).
• Manual testing (functional and non-functional).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset.

Ideal Candidate:

• Medior tester with 3–4 years of experience.
• Available full-time or at least 4 days/week.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).

Nice to Have:

• ISTQB, TMAP, or GAMP knowledge.
• Familiarity with MES systems.
• French language skills.
