Scrum Master Position

Location: Vlaams-Brabant (50% onsite)

Period: As soon as possible – 31/12/2025, extension possible

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for an Agile Team.
• Educate the team in agile and SAFe methodologies, ensuring adherence to the agreed Agile process.
• Facilitate the removal of impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to prepare and refine the backlog for various planning cycles.
• Participate in team-level retrospectives, sprint and iteration planning, and daily scrum activities.
• Schedule and moderate agile ceremonies such as huddles, refinements, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Seek and learn from feedback, while providing constructive feedback to the team.
• Contribute to the Agile Release Train.
• Establish effective communication and collaboration with other teams.
• Facilitate international collaboration and ensure the team works effectively in an international context.
• Communicate effectively and maintain open communication within the team.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.

This role involves working closely with team members from ICT and BUS to achieve shared goals.
