Senior Business Analyst - LAM

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Tribe within the Cyber Information Security Office (CISO) Division. The role involves implementing, operating, and managing access within the IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Lead in defining the scope within Identity and Access Management.
- Collect and transform requirements into structured work products.
- Develop and manage the benefits profile and ensure business ownership.
- Provide guidance on Mainframe LAM processes, data, and roles.
- Define acceptance criteria for comprehensive testing.
- Analyze the Target Operating Model and refine scope and requirements.
- Organize Business Analyst resources and manage solution domains.
- Develop a view of resource demand and capacity through the project lifecycle.
- Conduct feasibility studies and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Define approaches to data analysis, migration, and cleansing.
- Document business processes using BPMN tools.
- Contribute to solution integration, implementation, and migration strategies.
- Assess business change impacts and ensure adoption of new capabilities.
- Analyze security risks of new service developments.
- Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and key contributors.
- Define and participate in testing approaches to validate solutions.
- Update documentation, including SOPs and training materials.
- Ensure operational readiness of project solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Understanding of Identity Management, including access provisioning, role-based access control, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with IAM tools and LAM for Mainframe applications.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a continuously changing environment.
- Experience with agile methodology.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical data modeling, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Professional English proficiency.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of current IAM regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of Mainframe and RACF.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA, CCBA).
- Experience with business process modeling and tools like Adonis or Visio.
