Role Description:
The Marketing & Communication Performance Analyst will work within a cluster, closely collaborating with performance analysts dedicated to Run & Change activities. The role is pivotal in developing skills and fostering a culture of performance within the cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Document, support, and train users on the use of various available tools to analyze the performance of marketing and communications activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Proficient in marketing performance KPIs, marketing funnel, and conversion funnel.
- Knowledge of at least one data visualization tool: Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Mastery of SQL language.
- Mastery of Excel.
- Good knowledge of French and a passive knowledge of Dutch or vice versa.
